Appalachian Trail

By

On several occasions the WooFDriver and his crew took the WooFPAK on adventurous hikes on the Appalachian Trail. From Springer Mountain, Georgia to Mount Katahdin, Maine the trail is 2,160 miles long! It was conceived by a forester named Benton MacKaye in 1921. And in October 1923 the first section was opened in New York from Bear Mountain to Arden.
